Remove / list / cat filenames starting with a dash

Don’t ask me how come one names a file with a leading dash!

rm -- -weirdfilename

– means the end of parameters, treats what’s following as filename Or:

rm ./-weirdfilename

Similarly,

ls – -*

cat – -*
